Fox Fine Jewelry underway

Fox Fine Jewelry, a fixture of Main Street in Ventura, CA, will relocate into a new space designed by Balaity Property Enhancement.  The independently owned store functions as an art gallery, jewelry store, and hub for community events.  The design combines modern forms within the context of the historic structure, creating a highly varied customer experience with interactive areas and selling environments.  Fox Fine Jewelry is now under construction with a scheduled opening of April 2014.

First Jimmy's Seaside Fries complete

Jimmy's Seaside Fries is a new franchise mall kiosk food concept rolling out around the country.  We helped develop the initial concept and look forward to adapting the concept wherever Jimmy's expands.

Residential project breaks ground

Voigt Brothers Construction has broken ground on a new house designed by BPE in Sarasota.  Stay tuned for construction updates over the coming months.  It has been a privilege to design the new home for the family of a long time retail client.

New jewelry store project underway

We were recently selected to redesign and establish jewelry store.  The design directly is to subtly update a brand identity familiar to the loyal customer base, while modernizing the overall feel.  The big challenge with this project is to incorporate branded displays with the overall palette of materials and case designs in a small space.

Milazzo's Oil & Balsamics complete in Fort Myers

Milazzo's Oil & Balsamics is now open in Fort Myers.  We designed a new contemporary take on the traditional olive oil store for this independent business.  A limited palette of materials reference oil and vinegar colors with modern materials.
