Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 4:28PM Balaity Property Enhancement relocated in 2015 to the new multifamily live/work space designed by Mr. Balaity in Sarasota's Gillespie Park neighborhood. The building includes a ground floor live/work space, second floor rental apartment, and separate garage building with its own secnod floor apartment. The modern design respects Gillespie Park's historic character and identity as a "front porch" community.
Friday, November 13, 2015 at 12:33PM Signet Jewelers Limited, parent company to Piercing Pagoda, commissioned Balaity Property Enhancement for the design of the Piercing Pagoda "Store of the Future". After a year of research and design, the first prototype is now in place at Summit Mall in Akron, Ohio.
Monday, August 3, 2015 at 7:31AM InStore Magazine is the leading U.S. jewelry industry publication. Each year, InStore holds a contest for America's Coolest Stores. For 2015, the top honor went to Fox Fine Jewelry in Ventura, CA. It is a humbling honor for Balaity Property Enhancement to receive national recognition from an esteemed panel including retail merchandising guru Paco Underhill. Balaity's first store to place in the America's Coolest Stores contest was Sarasota's Diamond Vault, a project that helped launch his career in retail design and jewelry store specialization throughout North America.

Monday, June 22, 2015 at 7:09PM BPE's next jewelry store project is a new location for Carlsbad, CA based Mulloys Fine Jewlery. The clients seek a modern spa-like jewelry experience for their full service shop at the Carlsbad Forum. Construction will being this summer.
