affiliation: ADP Group | role: project designer & project manager | This is prototype for the first freestanding new construction location of First State Bank. Design elements would be applied to the existing bank locations, which were converted from older banks or located in inline retail spaces. The flexible design includes a comfortable customer lobby, largely transparent offices, and a modern materials palette. The vault becomes a centerpiece, rather than being hidden away. Strong geometric forms unite all interior space with classic materials rendered in a contemporary, but monumental, manner.
