Port St. Lucie Office + Self Storage
affiliation: Patrick M. Pillot Architect | re: project designer | Conceptual design for a new office park and self storage site in the new urbanist Tradition development. -
Sarasota Endodontics
role: project designer & project manager | The renovation of an existing endodontist's office for Dr. Marineyda Oyola seeks to elevate the patient experience with a palette of modern and comfortable materials. Working within the existing building footprint, all interior finishes and millwork was replaced. Improvements to the lighting systems makes space feel less sterile while still providing adequate illumination for the staff. -
First State Bank
affiliation: ADP Group | role: project designer & project manager | This is prototype for the first freestanding new construction location of First State Bank. Design elements would be applied to the existing bank locations, which were converted from older banks or located in inline retail spaces. The flexible design includes a comfortable customer lobby, largely transparent offices, and a modern materials palette. The vault becomes a centerpiece, rather than being hidden away. Strong geometric forms unite all interior space with classic materials rendered in a contemporary, but monumental, manner. -
Milburn Academy
affiliation: ADP Group | role: project designer | Adaptive reuse of an existing school facility into a speculative medical office building. Two proposals responded to different programs. One retained the existing building footprint and maximized parking for the new occupancy type. The second proposal involved complete demolition and the construction of a new three story medical office building with covered parking. -
Richardson Office Park
affiliation: ADP Group | role: project designer | The Owner planned to develop numerous light industrial projects along the I-75 corridor. The prototype brings a new architectural language to an ordinary building type. Bold iconic elements highlight an adaptable kit of parts for numerous site arrangements. The first two site, in Venice and Palmetto, were conceived on quite different scales using this same design language. Key to each site design is accommodating dual circulation paths for truck and car traffic, such that professional and retail tenants would never feel like they occupy an industrial site.
