Balaity Property Enhancement provides Tenant Coordination and Design Review services.  In this capacity BPE helps tenants meet established landlord criteria, coordinates landlord and tenant responsibility, and provides oversight during construction.  BPE often takes a hands on approach with independent retailers, guiding them through the design and branding processes to achieve successful openings.
