Boynton Commerce Center is a light industrial project along the I-95 corridor in Boynton Beach. The Owners wish to maintain the quality of the buildings while introducing a fresh color palette. The scope consisted of an existing conditions analysis to ensure that any building deficiencies were addressed prior to any aesthetic changes; a series of color studies; and the preparation of detailed bid documents to maximize the value of the Owner investment.
