FEES

Consultation includes design services and project management billed at a rate of $120 per hour plus reimbursable expenses, including travel and normal office expenses, as applicable.  Proposals may be generated for hourly services, fixed fees based on a finite scope, or hourly with a not-to-exceed limit.  All regulated design services, including architecture, engineering, and specialty consultants, shall be contracted and coordinated either directly by the Owner or through Balaity Property Enhancement.  All implementation is provided by outside licensed contractors or the property owner’s own maintenance staff.  All bidding and materials acquisition is presented in an open book fashion with bids solicited by the Consultant on the Owner’s behalf.  Any site amenities, furniture, artwork, or other installed products shall be subject to a 15% markup due to the Consultant, exclusive of any materials provided by other contractors, subcontractors, or consultants.
